Practical:

Cap Table Roleplay (“Who Are You Letting Into Your Company?”)

Goal: Show how equity splits (between founders and investors) affect the future of the startup.

How it works: We give 3 scenarios:

a) The founders split 50/50.

b) A third co-founder joins late and wants 20%.

c) An investor asks for 25% at an early stage.

Teams (3–4 people) have to choose which scenario they would go with, and defend why.
